Investigate an asset
Open an asset from the map or a results table. Check its identity, capacity and result label before interpreting the analysis.
Start with the Profile
- Select Hazard Loss, Risked Revenue or Total Climate VaR to inspect its drivers.
- Review the InfraRisk breakdown and red flags. Switch Scores to Metrics to see underlying values.
- Check the equipment shown in Open Configuration and the documents in Project Structure.
- If the asset has contracted energy, enter its PPA price on the Profile.
Project Structure accepts contracts such as the PPA, EPC, lease and insurance documents and maps parties and key terms. Review the extracted information against the documents before relying on it.
Choose the relevant analysis
| Tab | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Profile | Headline metrics, risk drivers, contracts and equipment. |
| Physical Damage Analysis | Loss estimates and a coverage comparison under the displayed policy assumptions. |
| Cashflow Analysis | Debt coverage under the configured loan and cash-flow assumptions. |
| Scenarios | Modeled changes in loss, premium and payback. |
Request detailed modeling
The Profile starts with benchmark estimates. Use Run Detail Modeling to request asset-specific analysis through the InfraSure team. Check the resulting label and assumptions when that analysis becomes available.
The Profile’s Insurance Premium is a 100 MW benchmark premium, scaled to the asset’s capacity. It is not an insurer’s quotation.
Check the Baseline or Scenario context
Analysis shows Baseline by default. You can also open a named what-if Scenario. Check which one is selected before you edit. To correct real asset information, edit Baseline. To test a hypothetical change, edit a what-if Scenario.
Analysis and Scenario Planning use the same saved inputs and results. Merely viewing an alternative does not overwrite Baseline. See Baselines and Scenarios.
