Monitor portfolio exposure

Home brings together portfolio exposure, modeled loss measures and active weather alerts.

Set the map

  1. Set Scope to a group, or All Groups for the full portfolio.
  2. Choose a Measure, such as Hazard Loss or Total Climate VaR.
  3. For a future-climate Hazard Loss view, select a scenario and a 2030, 2050 or 2100 horizon.
  4. Open Hazards to overlay a hazard and switch between solar and wind.
  5. Select an asset to investigate it.

Read the summary

The portfolio summary shows Total Climate VaR, the top hazard driver, and exposure by region and technology. Asset markers are sized by capacity and colored by the selected measure.

Needs attention links to assets, resilience opportunities or alerts. A high-quartile ranking is relative to the assets in the portfolio; it is not an absolute loss threshold.

Check weather alerts

Weather Alerts shows active National Weather Service alerts at asset locations. These notices are distinct from the model’s long-term loss estimates.

Future-climate views change Hazard Loss

Climate VaR and PML remain based on today’s climate. Selecting a future horizon does not make every displayed metric a future-climate estimate.
