Export and share results

Share the result together with the assumptions needed to interpret it.

Available export actions

• On Assess, use Export Results or Create Report.
• On Cashflow Analysis, use Export CSV or Generate Report.

Check the context before sharing

Review the exported file and add any missing context to your accompanying note:

• Portfolio, group or asset covered by the result.
• Date of the analysis and displayed result type.
• Risk profile and comparison cohort for rankings.
• Scenario and horizon for future-climate Hazard Loss.
• Policy, loan and revenue assumptions, including defaults.
• Units and portfolio aggregation method for headline metrics.

Label summed asset VaR correctly

Total Climate VaR sums individual asset P95 losses. It does not model the joint P95 loss of the portfolio.

Reports preserve the results at generation time

A generated report is a fixed snapshot of its scope, content and included results. Later changes to an asset, group membership or calculated results do not change an existing report.

Reports are downloaded files. They are not saved in the workspace. Keep the downloaded file if you need that snapshot again.

A report can cover an asset, a group or a portfolio. Check the scope and the included content before you generate a report.
